I am 20 weeks pregnant and this time around i got a really nice pair of maternity jeans, nice flare at the bottom and dead comfy from george at asda. they also have a alot of nice summery stuff in at the moment. mothercare is also good. For my last pregnancy i bought a lot of things from Next although its a bit pricier. Next is also blooming marvellous and jojo maman bebe do some lovely stuff although it again is a bit pricier.
Jojomamanbebe is another good place for cheap stuff if you're not bothered about 2nd hand is ebay as most maternity stuff is usually in good nick as its only been worn for a few months - i sold quite a few of my tops from my first pregnancy on ebay (not realising how quickly i would become pregnant again...)
Debenhams also do a small maternity section and some of the stuff is quite cute and if you get normal vest tops in bigger sizes they sit really well. Been dragging my mate everywhere for nice maternity clothes and she's starting to get fed up with being pregnant. Tend to just look for larger size ranges rather than actual maternity!
If you fail to find punk maternity clothes or you grow out of them before you deliver, you can always turn to fun accessories to make your wardrobe stand out. Since many woman experience hand swelling during pregnancy, you may need to forego your favorite bulky rings, but there is no reason you can keep wearing a studded necklace or thick leather bracelets. This may even be a good time to treat yourself to some new pieces.
Although your feet may swell as well, you might still be able to wear your Doc Martens right up until the day you deliver. In general, boots may even help give your tired ankles some extra support in those last few weeks of pregnancy, so you can be fashionable and feel better all at the same time.
I won't really trust ebay for clothing but you can get other good stuff for the baby.
